cc WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City Engineer,

estimate of cost etc . , for the construction of the FY 1987 Street
Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 307 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as

WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said specifications, form of

-!City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the sane, now, therefore,

s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that

etc. , be, and the same are hereby, preliminarily approved.
