rocs RESOLUTION APPROVING FOUR ( 4 ) TEMPORARY ADVERTISING
STRUCTURES ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY IN CONJUNCTION WITH

t s HIGHWAY 63 NORTH WIDENING PROJECT FOR LOGAN PLAZA.
WHEREAS, Logan Plaza has proposed that the Council of the
City of Waterloo approve four ( 4 ) temporary advertising structures
1 on City right-of-way due to the widening of Highway 63 North, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said temporary advertising
structure, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said
temporary advertising structure should be approved as proposed,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that four ( 4 ) temporary advertising structures on City
right-of-way with two ( 2 ) to be located on Iowa Highway 57 at
Donald Street and two ( 2 ) to be located on Iowa Highway 57 at U.S.
Highway 63 for Logan Plaza, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1987, and approved
by the Mayor this 15th day of April, 1987.
