RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH CITY OF CEDAR FALLS,
IOWA AND BLACK HAWK COUNTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated July 11, 2011, for
distribution of the FY2011 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice
Assistance Grant (JAG) in the amount of $104,714.00, to be used
for funding the Tri -County Drug Enforcement Task Force for
narcotics enforcement, gun violence, gang activity, other
criminal activity and the investigation and prosecution of
criminal cases, by and between the City of Cedar Falls, Iowa,
Black Hawk County and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
