27, 1987 AT 7: 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL
AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 P.M. on the 27th day of April, 1987 for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Jack
Wright of Wright Suzuki, Inc. to rezone from "C-1" Commercial
District to "C-2" Commercial District a parcel of land generally
located at the northeast corner of Home Park Boulevard and
Ansborough Avenue and legally described as follows:
Part of Lot 9 of Lewis Miller' s Small Farms Addition to
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, beginning at the southeast
corner of Lot 9, thence north 160 feet, then west 170 feet,
then southwesterly to a point on the south line 209 feet west
of the point of beginning. Also the south 83 feet of the
east 86 feet of Lot 10 of said addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1987 .
