RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM TO SEWER AND GARBAGE
BILLING AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO WATER WORKS DATED JUNE
14, 1976 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Addendum to the Sewer and Garbage Billing Agreement dated
June 14 , 1976, by and between the Waterloo Water Works of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of April, 1987 .
