RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1987 W. C.F. &
N. DRIVE PAVING PROJECT--PHASES 1 & 2 , CONTRACT NO. 297.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1987
W. C.F. & N. Drive Paving Project--Phases 1 & 2 , in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 297, and,
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1987 W.C.F. &
N. Drive Paving Project--Phases 1 & 2 , known as Contract No. 297,
which were preliminarily approved on April 6 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 27 ,
1987 , and no objections were made, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the FY 1987 W. C.F. & N. Drive Paving
Project--Phases 1 & 2 , in the City of Waterloo, known as Contract
No. 297, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of April, 1987 .
