RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1987 STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 307 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1987
Street Reconstruction Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
known as Contract No. 307 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications , form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1987 Street
Reconstruction Program, known as Contract No. 307 , which were
preliminarily approved on April 13 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 4 ,
1987 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1987 Street Reconstruction
Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 307 ,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1987 .
