BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Youngblut Contracting, Inc. of Washburn, Iowa
for the FY 1987 Anita and Louise Streets Paving Program, Contract
No. 324 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the
4th day of May, 1987, together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the United Fire &
Casualty Co. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the
same are hereby, approved.
