' ,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated May 4 , 1987, for land surveying work for
recombining of six ( 6 ) parcels into one ( 1 ) lot in conjunction
c/i with Ansborough Avenue Right-of-Way, IX-6615 ( 3 ) --79-07 , by and
between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. , Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May, 1987.
