s RESOLUTION SUSPENDING THE CLASS "C" BEER PERMIT HELD BY
`'' r' WARREN JEFFERSON, 117 ONEIDA STREET, DBA CITY VIEW
O 0ttC, MARKET, 2324 IDAHO STREET.
s ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that after public hearing on the consideration of the
suspension of the Class "C" Beer Permit held by Warren Jefferson,
117 Oneida Street, dba City View Market, 2324 Idaho Street, that
said license be and the same hereby revoked for a period of
fourteen ( 14 ) days.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same
hereby instructed to inform Mr. Jefferson of said Council action.
` PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of May, 1987.
