RESOLUTION APPROVING QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM THE WATERLOO
COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT DATED MAY 8 , 1987 FOR PUBLIC
RIGHT OF WAY IN LEAVITT, JOHNSON AND MILLER ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Quit Claim Deed from the Waterloo Community School
District dated May 8 , 1987 for One Dollar and other valuable
consideration be and the same hereby approved for public right of
way in Lot 7 , Block 5 , of Leavitt, Johnson and Miller Addition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same
hereby instructed to file said Quit Claim Deed with the Black Hawk
County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of May, 1987.
