O RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH BRICE,
PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. FOR FY 1988 LAFAYETTE AND EAST 4TH
s O STREETS RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 332 , AND
O O DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK.

WHEREAS, engineering service for FY 1988 Lafayette and East
4th Streets Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 332 , in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, are needed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Engineering Contract dated May 11 , 1987,
for the FY 1988 Lafayette and East 4th Streets Reconstruction
Program, Contract No. 332 , by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue
Co. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of May, 1987 .
