s s RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CLERK/AUDITOR
TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS AND PAPERS AS PROVIDED IN
SECTION 372 . 13 , PARAGRAPH 5 , 1985 CODE OF IOWA.
WHEREAS, the Code of Iowa for 1985 , under the
Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph provisions of
5 , provides upon order of the Council
that all records and papers, other than proceedings, ordinances,
and instruments having to do with real estate and bond issues, may
be destroyed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
desirous of destroying certain records and papers under the
provisions of Chapter 372 . 13 , Paragraph 5 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and is hereby authorized and directed to
destroy the following records as provided under the provisions of
Chapter 372 . 13 , paragraph 5 :
Paid Parking Tickets
July 1, 1981 to October 31 , 1984
Claims
January 1981 to May 24 , 1982
Pink Copies of Warrants
July 1979 to June 1980
July 1980 to June 1981
July 1981 to June 1982
PASSED AND ADOPTED this llth day of May, 1987.
