RESOLUTION NO. 2011-658
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to Agreement dated July 11, 2011, to extend
the agreement for six (6) additional months from June 30, 2011 to
December 31, 2011, for planning and engineering services to
assist the Waste Management Services Department for sanitary
sewer, storm water, and sanitation projects, by and between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
