'Z` AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 7: 00 P.M. , on the 8th day of June, 1987, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey the south ten ( 10) feet of Anita Street east of East
4th Street to Chamberlain Manufacturing Corp. owned by the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, described as follows :

s The South ten ( 10 ) feet of Anita Street from the east line of
s East 4th Street to a point one hundred thirty-eight and two
T one-hundredths ( 138 . 02 ) feet east in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa, with the City' s retention of a
utility easement over, under and above the above describe
property.

Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1987.
