BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Supplemental Agreement No. 4 for Consultant Engineering
Services dated May 18 , 1987 , for Kimball Avenue (North)
(M-6641( 3 ) --79-07) , by and between Schenk Engineering Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1987 .
