RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING AND
NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO.
2479, AS AMENDED, CITY ZONING ORDINANCE AS JUNE 8, 1987,
AT 7 : 00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 8th day of June, 1987, for the
purpose of amending Ordinance No. 2479, as amended, City Zoning
Ordinance by amending Section 2A-33-A, to allow existing
residences in areas zoned "M-1" Light Industrial District not to
be considered non-conforming uses, copies of said changes are on
file in the office of the City Clerk/Auditor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May, 1987.
