RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE CLERK/AUDITOR TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF SIGNIFICANT INDUSTRIAL POLLUTION
NON-COMPLIANCE IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, DURING
CALENDAR YEAR 1986 IN THE WATERLOO COURIER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Clerk/Auditor be and the same is hereby instructed
to publish notice a listing of all industrial users that are in
significant non-compliance with either catagorical pretreatment
standards, compliance schedules, the general pretreatment
regulations ( 40 C.F.R. 404) , or local ordinances during calendar
year 1986.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1987 .
