t WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7 : 00 p.m. on the 22nd day of June, 1987 for the
purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Stewart
Cross to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to "C-2"
Commercial District a parcel of land generally located at the
southwest corner of the intersection of San Marnan Drive and
Kimball Avenue and legally described as follows:
The East One-half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9 ,
Township 88 , Range 13 , lying north of Hig':iway 20 except all
legal highways, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
and, 10 � �
WHEREAS, should the City Council approve the above described
rezoning request on all three ( 3 ) readings, the City Council will
then proceed to conduct a second public hearing at the time, date
and place established above to rezone the same legally described
property from "C-2" Commercial District to "C-Z" Conditional
Zoning.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Clerk/Auditor is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May, 1987.
