RESOLUTION ADOPTING SUPPLEMENTAL PRELIMINARY PLAT AND
1-1
SCHEDULE, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR THE FY 1988 OILING
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 327.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer to prepare proposed
supplemental plat and schedule of assessment for the FY 1988 Oiling
Program, Contract No. 327 in said City, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer has completed the preparation of said
supplemental proposed plat and schedule of assessment so far as the
same relate to the FY 1988 Oiling Program, Contract No. 327 and has
placed the same on file with the City Clerk of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and after examination and due consideration thereof
by this Council, the same appear to be in compliance with the order
of this Council and suitable for the purpose intended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA:
Section 1. That said proposed plat and schedule of
assessment for the Supplemental FY 1988 Oiling Program, Contract
No. 327, be, and the same are hereby approved and ordered placed on
file for public examination.
Section 2 . That the 22nd day of June, 1987, at 7 : 00 P.M. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, is fixed as the time and place for hearing on said proposed
supplemental plat and schedule of assessment.
Section 3 . That the City Clerk/Auditor be, and he is hereby,
authorized and instructed to publish the necessary notice as
required by law.
