H s RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF GLASS REFLECTION
CORVETTE CLUB, INC. FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094.
WHEREAS, Glass Reflection Corvette Club, Inc. , will be
performing events within the City limits of the City of Waterloo,
on July 4-5, 1987 and August 16, 1987, at Waterloo Greyhound Park,
?: and
WHEREAS, said organization' s activities exceed the limits of
the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said organization has made formal application for a
variance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Glass Reflection Corvette Club,
Inc. for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance be and
the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1987.
