` BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
0 that the Agreement for Engineering Services dated June 1 , 1987,
for Crosspark Improvements, by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue
Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June, 1987.
