RESOLUTION NO. 2011-659
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO MICHAEL PAINTING & DECORATING OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH EXTERIOR
PAINTING OF SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT BUILDING/
HANGARS AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $51,103.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Michael Painting & Decorating of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $51,103.00, in conjunction with Exterior
Painting of Snow Removal Equipment Building/Hangars at the
Waterloo Regional Airport described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-599, after public hearing on
June 27, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
