RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING COURT OFFICER DEED
FROM THE RALPH E. RUSSELL TRUST FOR STREET RIGHT OF WAY
KNOWN AS PARCEL B OF GREYHOUND DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Court Officer Deed from the Ralph E. Russell Trust
for property known as Parcel B for public street right of way for
Greyhound Drive as legally described below, be and the same hereby
approved and accepted:
All that part of the East 1/2 of the Northwest fractional 1/4
of the West 1/2 of the Northeast fractional 1/4 of Section
Six ( 6) , Township 88 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the South line of the Northeast
fractional 1/4 of said Section Six ( 6) , which point is 210. 00
feet East of the Southwest corner of the Northeast fractional
1/4 of said Section Six ( 6 ) ; thence West along the South line
of the Northeast fractional 1/4 of said Section Six ( 6 ) a
distance of 120. 00 feet; thence North along a line which is
parallel with the West line of the Northeast fractional 1/4
to a point which is 135 . 00 feet normally distant South of the
North line of the Northeast fractional 1/4 of said Section
Six ( 6) ; thence Northwesterly to a point which is 100. 00 feet
normally distant South of the North line of the Northwest
fractional 1/4 of said Section Six ( 6 ) at a point which is
315. 00 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Northwest
fractional 1/4 of said Section Six (6) ; thence East parallel
with and 100. 00 feet normally distant South of the North
lines of the Northwest fractional 1/4 and the Northeast
fractional 1/4 of said Section Six ( 6) to a point which is
100. 00 feet normally distant South of the North line of the
Northeast fractional 1/4 of said Section Six ( 6 ) at a point
which is 785 .00 feet East of the Northwest corner of the
Northeast fractional 1/4 of said Section Six ( 6) ; thence
Southwesterly to a point which is 145.00 feet normally
distant South of the North line of the Northeast fractional
1/4 of said Section Six ( 6 ) and 210 .00 feet normally distant
East of the West line of the Northeast fractional 1/4 of said
Section Six (6) ; thence South to the point of beginning.
