RUSSELL TRUST FOR STREET RIGHT OF WAY KNOWN AS PARCEL B OF GREYHOUND DRIVE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Court Officer Deed from the Ralph E.
