<4c6 EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Utility Agreement dated June 15 , 1987, for Ansborough
Avenue--South (University Avenue to San Marnan Drive) ,
IX-6615( 6) --79-07 , by and between Northwestern Bell and the City
of Waterloo, be and the same hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
1 , PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of June, 1987 .
