RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING OFFER TO SELL REAL
PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLOCK 92 , RIVERVIEW
ADDITION FROM MARY ANFINSON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the offer of Mary Anfinson to sell real property
hereinafter described to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, all of which
are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
which are accepted and approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk/Auditor are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City and execute all instruments necessary to
consummate the agreement to purchase the property from the owner
thereof, and the deed for the conveyance of the same is also
accepted and the incidental expenses necessary to the consummation
of the sale from City funds:
The subject parcel is:
Lots 39 through 44, Block 92 , in Riverview Addition,
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1987.
