4_ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
m That the bid of Dilley Excavating of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
1 amount of $10 , 400 . 00 , for the Demolition Contract Group "C-87" in
conjunction with Ansborough Avenue Interstate Substitution Project
Corridor, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute contract
with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
H PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of June, 1987.
