RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE OFFER TO SELL
REAL PROPERTY TO THE CITY FROM NATE LIPKIN FOR PROPERTY
IN ANTHONEY BAKERS ADDITION.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the offer of Nate Lipkin of sale of real property
hereinafter described to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, all of which
are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, are
accepted and approved, and the and Mayor CityClerk/Auditor are

authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City
and execute all instruments necessary to consummate the agreement
to purchase the property from the owners thereof, and the deed for
c the conveyance of the same are also accepted and the incidental
r expenses necessary to the consummation of the sale from City
Funds:

• Anthony Bakers Addition, Waterloo. All that part of Lot 1 ,
rt o Block 62 and Lot 2 , Block 62 lying southwesterly of line
drawn from a point 75 feet northeasterly of the most westerly
corner of Lot 2 , Block 62 to a point on the southerly line of
