RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TEMPORARY ADVERTISING STRUCTURE
ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR CENTRAL CHRISTIAN CHURCH, 3475
KIMBALL AVENUE, IN CONJUNCTION WITH KIMBALL AVENUE,
IX-6641( 4 ) --79-07.
WHEREAS, Central Christian Church has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a temporary
advertising structure on City right-of-way along Kimball Avenue
due to the reconstruction of Kimball Avenue ( IX-6641( 4 ) --79-07) ,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said temporary advertising
structure, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said
temporary advertising structure should be approved as proposed,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the temporary advertising structure on City
right-of-way along Kimball Avenue for Central Christian Church, be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987, and approved
by the Mayor this 15th day of July, 1987 .
