RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
SCHENK ENGINEERING CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
• that the Engineering Services Contract dated July 13 , 1987 , for FY
• 1988 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 335 , by and
o between Schenk Engineering Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
s Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
• authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
V s PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
