RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Services Contract dated July 13 , 1987, for FY
7 1988 East Fifth Street Parking Ramp Repairs--Phase IV, Contract
No. 336 , by and between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
0 of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
