BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Appraisal Services for Advanced Acquisition
dated July 13 , 1987, for Greenhill/Sager Avenue,
IX-6560 ( 2 ) --79-07, by and between Keith Jones and John Wagner of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1987.
