RESOLUTION NO. 2011-660
RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2011 PAVEMENT
MAINTENANCE GRANT WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID GRANT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the FY 2011 Pavement Maintenance Grant dated July 11, 2011,
in the amount of $10,000.00, with a required 30 percent city
match, for routine pavement maintenance at the Waterloo Regional
Airport, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of July, 2011.
