WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 7: 00 p.m. on the 3rd day of August, 1987 , for
the purpose of considering and acting upon an application of Wayne
Claassen to rezone from "A-1" Agricultural District to "M-2,P"
Planned Industrial District a parcel of land generally located
north and south of Newell Street and east and west of Elk Run Road
and legally described as follows :
Parts of Section 15 , 21 and 22 , Township 89 North, Range 12
West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Black Hawk County, Iowa,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1987.
