RESOLUTION NO. 2011-661
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH
VANDEWALLE & ASSOCIATES, INC. OF MADISON,
WISCONSIN, FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF SERVICES
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $60,000.00 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 11, 2011, at a cost not to exceed
$60,000.00, for implementation of services for the below listed
projects, by and between Vandewalle & Associates, Inc. of
Madison, Wisconsin and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
