RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR
WATERLOO GREYHOUND PARK TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF SIGN.
WHEREAS, Waterloo Greyhound Park has proposed that the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor site plan
amendment to place a sign in an area zoned "M-2 ,P" Planned
Industrial District, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned minor site
plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
site plan amendment should be approved as proposed, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the minor site plan amendment for Waterloo Greyhound
Park to place a sign in an "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District be
and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1987 , and approved
by the Mayor Pro Tem this 29th day of July, 1987 .
