H El 0 - CONTRACT WITH BRICE, PETRIDES-DONOHUE CO. , AND DIRECTING
O cEi EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR PRO TEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Consultant Engineering Services Contract dated July
27 , 1987 , for Sixth Street Extension, IX-6604 ( 1) --79-07 , by and
between Brice, Petrides-Donohue Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor Pro Tem authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of July, 1987 .
