s s OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1988
-+ n -INDEPENDENCE AVENUE UNDERPASS PUMPING STATION REPAIRS,
O r� CONTRACT NO. 334.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988
Independence Avenue Underpass Pumping Station Repairs, in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 334 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988
Independence Avenue Underpass Pumping Station Repairs, known as
Contract No. 334 which were preliminarily approved on July 13 ,
1987 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 3 ,
1987 , and no objections were made, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that said proposed specifications, proposed form of contract and
bond, etc. , for the FY 1988 Independence Avenue Underpass Pumping
Station Repairs, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract
No. 334 , be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1987.
