RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR FIRST CHURCH OF
H H THE OPEN BIBLE, 928 JEFFERSON STREET, SUBJECT TO HARD
0 o SURFACING OF PARKING AREAS.
WHEREAS, the First Church of the Open Bible, 928 Jefferson
Street has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, approve a site plan to construct a family center, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned site plan,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan to construct a family center be and the
same is hereby approved, subject to hard surfacing of parking
areas within two ( 2) years.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1987 , and approved
by Mayor this 5th day of August, 1987 .
