RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR FIRST
s '> r-+ CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH, WEST 4TH AND SOUTH STREETS.
WHEREAS, First Congregational Church, West 4th and South
Streets has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, approve a site plan amendment, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned site plan
amendment, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan amendment for First Congregational
Church, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1987 , and approved
by Mayor this 5th day of August, 1987.
