RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT-OF-ENTRY AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE
AND ANICETA CLAASSEN AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Right-of-Entry Agreement dated August 3 , 1987, for FY
1988 Independence Avenue Area Sanitary and Storm Sewer
Improvements, Contract No. 329, by and between Wayne and Aniceta
Claassen, of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1987 .
