RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR FIRST BAPTIST
CHURCH, WEST FOURTH AND BALTIMORE STREETS.
WHEREAS, First Baptist Church, West 4th and Baltimore Streets
has proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
approve a site plan to allow the construction of a lobby,
restrooms and elevator at corner of existing building, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was waived by the City Council due
to the insignificance of the nature of said mentioned site plan,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan should be approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the site plan of First Baptist Church to allow the
construction of a lobby, restrooms and elevator at the corner of
existing building, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1987 , and
approved by Mayor this 12th day of August, 1987 .
