� c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
co IOWA, that the contract of Jens Olesen & Sons Construction Co. of
Waterloo, Iowa, for the FY 1988 Independence Avenue Underpass
4, Pumping Station Repairs, Contract No. 334 , in the City of
1 Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by
the Mayor and Deputy City Clerk as of the 10th day of August,
1987, together with the accompanying bond for the faithful
performance of said contract signed by the United Fire & Casualty
Co. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are
hereby, approved.
CO PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of August, 1987.
