; RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES

o ASSOCIATES, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract for Engineering Services dated August 17, 1987 ,
for Hackett Road Bypass (Paving) , IX-6585( 7 ) --79-07 , by and
between Brice, Petrides-Donohue, a Division of Donohue &
Associates, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1987 .
