RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF CITY OWNED
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 235 BALTIMORE STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the real property located at 235 Baltimore Street
forfeited to the State of Iowa in a drug related investigation be
and the same hereby approved for sale, and that said property be
appraised to determine its fair market value, and authorization be
given to list said property with Ralph Zegarec of Brasch and
Krause, Inc. Realtors and that if and when a buyer for said
property is obtained, that said proposal be brought before the
City Council for sale and delivery of documents accordingly.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1987 .
