q BE IT RESOLVED that a coordinating Council be established as
an umbrella group to develop internal and external industrial and
s service industry recruitment, development and expansion in Black
Hawk County.

4 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council shall hire a chief
executive officer and such other staff as deemed necessary to
accomplish this goal.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the affected community groups
agree to subordinate their industrial development efforts in these
designated areas to the efforts of the Council, and further agree
to disband their efforts in industrial development activity and
provide the financial support previously expended for operational
purposes to the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the concept of the 7-person
Executive Committee, the 30-person Board of Directors, is
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August, 1987.
