H E-lti0 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COSTS OF
E INTERSTATE SUBSTITUTION PROJECT, IX-6615 ( 6 ) --79-07,
ANSBOROUGH AVENUE.
' WHEREAS, on August 24 , 1987, at 7 : 00 p.m. in the City Hall
Council Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of Waterloo
concerning Interstate Substitution Project, IX-6615 ( 6) --79-07 ,
Ansborough Avenue, and
WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed construction
of that project,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO this
project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk/Auditor be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 1987.
