RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED CONTRACT FOR APPRAISAL
SERVICES WITH KEITH JONES, JONES APPRAISAL SERVICES, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amended Contract for Appraisal Services dated August 24 ,
1987, for Independence Avenue, IX-6600 ( 1) --79-07, by and between
„ Keith Jones, Jones Appraisal Services of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
c the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 1987 .
