WHEREAS, the Waterloo Housing Authority has moved its offices
and is hereby amending all references to the Authority address to
read "215 E. 4th Street" , as they appear in the Administrative
Plan and Admissions Policy.
C WHEREAS, the Waterloo Housing Authority has developed two new
forms to be used as tools of the Program in maintaining accurate
waiting list information, the Administrative Plan and Admission
Policy are hereby amended to incorporate them into the Housing
Authority plan of procedure. The Department of Housing & Urban
Development has reviewed the forms and the change to the
Administrative Plan and Admissions Policy and found them
acceptable. The forms are a numbered application attachment and a
"Change of Application Information Form" .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, as the Waterloo Housing Authority, amends
the attached Administrative Plan and Admissions Policy for the
Section 8 Existing Housing Project IA05-E050-001-9,
IA05-V050-001-6 and any subsequent projects.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 1987 , approved by
the Mayor this 26th day of August, 1987.
