RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
El HE OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , FOR FY 1988 ASPHALT
j -, OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 338 .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988
Asphalt Overlay Program in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as
Contract No. 338 , and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the FY 1988 Asphalt
Overlay Program, known as Contract No. 338 which were
preliminarily approved on August 24 , 1987 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on September
8 , 1987 , and no objections were made,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, proposed form
of contract and bond, etc. , for the FY 1988 Asphalt Overlay
Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 338 ,
be, and the same are hereby approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1987 .
